Inside the Restaurant Underbelly
His early background learning the restaurant underbelly as a bartender at Stubrik’s Steakhouse in Fullerton brought his gregarious personality into the culinary realm. Later, following on the heels of The Food Network’s “Great Food Truck Race” he took The Lime Truck as their Executive Chef and General Manager. Later moving onto other celebrated projects in Orange County, California like Grits, Bourbon Street, Taco Asylum, Hopscotch, Wreckless and many others he set the culinary standard by which many other restaurants and bars were measured. No stranger to the edgy realm of being an Orange County Chef, he roared through the local scene like a locomotive and passengers were most definitely welcome. The more the merrier in fact. This was all on top of being a family man and running his own private event company, LamroN Catering.
